This place has a cozy old-school vibe with comfy beds and beautiful countryside views. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked options. The room had a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and private bathroom with shampoo and towels. Perfect location for exploring Leamington and Warwick. Had a lovely time soaking in the beautiful rooms and enjoying a fantastic breakfast! The cozy lounge and serene garden area were perfect for relaxation after a long day. The water temperature for the shower was a bit tricky at first, but it wasn't a big deal overall. 😊

Family with children getaway success
Stayed in a lovely family accommodation in the 'hayloft' this past summer, super king size bed was just perfect for us and my grandkids loved having their own room upstairs they were really enjoying it with the large corner bath downstairs. The staff were incredibly friendly and made checking in so easy, it felt like a warm welcome into a home rather than just a place to stay.
It wasn't inexpensive but, for the experience, I'd say it was worth it.

The breakfast was a real showstopper, with freshly cooked options leaving us grinning from ear to ear, and we absolutely adored the lovely grounds for an outdoor bite. The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home!
The quilt was far too heavy, leaving me sweating bullets at night, and the small bedside tables didn’t do us any favors—hardly room for our cups! An evening bar would have made our stay even better after a night out.

I stayed for one night in a charming Double Room. The spaciousness and unique bathtub were delightful. A bit of maintenance is needed for the hot water, but the incredible staff made up for it. Breakfast was truly fantastic, setting a positive tone for my visit.
